Same Day deliveries will depend on which location/country if this is possible, due to shipping requirements. When entering the day and time the order system will advise if what you have selected is possible
Yes you can. For AM deliveries please make sure you order at least the day before. Please note we cannot guarantee exact hour deliveries. When making the order you will be advised of the period of AM and PM delivery. Please note that same day orders, it is not always possible to deliver AM due to busy schedules, so the delivery may take place PM.
When your order has been finished we will process it in our DPD-shipping system within 24 hours and your email address will be linked to the shipping label. After we finish the shipping label you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking information. This tracking link will work after we have shipped your order.
If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by whatsapp, email or telephone.
In The Netherlands we offer next-day delivery when the order has been made before 12:00pm, local time. Unfortunately we can not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.
We offer a two days delivery to Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. For all other countries, DK, AT, CZ, FR, ES, PL, HUN, HR, IT, LV, LT, BG, EE, MT, RO, SK, SI, SE we ask you to allow us a minimum of 4 days to deliver.

DPD will deliver your gift between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. Because we ship with an shipping partner we are unable to guarantee any specific time or delivery requests.
-Recipient not at home
If the recipient is not at home DPD will deliver to your neighbor, a local Parcellshop or will try to deliver the next day. In some countries DPD does not have any parcellshops. In these circumstances DPD will try to deliver your gift the next day.
Before DPD will deliver your gift it is possible to change the date or location for your delivery. In some countries it is possible to give DPD permission to place it in front of your door.
In most occasions DPD will not leave a note but will inform you by email.
If DPD delivers your gift at a Parcellshop recipient will have 7 days to collect the gift after is has been delivered to the specific shop. If recipient fails to collect the gift the gift will be sent back to us. In this case we are not able to refund but for an extra shippingcharge we are able to ship again.
For products that contains alcohol recipient has to be a 18+ person and needs to provide the DPD-courier a signature. If nobody is found 18+ DPD will not deliver the gift and will deliver the next day or on a day requested. By purchasing the gift you confirm to be 18+ and the recipient is at least 18+.
If delivery failed due to an incorrect address, phonenumber or name, Discount-Gift-Baskets will not be responsible for any delays or failure. In these cases we are not able to refund. If we have to change any information at DPD it potentially delay by two or three days.
When the address is changed because recipient moved away we can change the address for delivery. This correction will cause a two or three days delay.
If the shippingaddress is incorrect and we are not provided with new and correct addressdetails the order will be canceled and the amount of refund will be determined on a per-case basis.
To ensure that every transaction is secure and we can protect your financial information each order must undergo an extensive verification. If some of the information is missing or incorrect, we will contact the customer to provide us the needed information. If customer does not reply your order may be delayed or cancelled.
Due to an increased volume of giftorders during holidays, Christmas, Easter, etc. we can't fully guarantee your requested delivery date on these days. In some cases DPD will deliver the day after if they didn't make it to deliver on your requested day.
If recipient is not at home or work, we can deliver to any other place such as a hotel, hospital or campsite.
In some of these places it's not possible for the courier to deliver directly to the recipient. In these cases, DPD will deliver to the reception and the gift will be delivered from there. We cannot be held responsible for any issue that occur with the gift once it has been delivered to housekeeper or reception.
If reception declines the gift we can't be held responsible, please check your possibilities before ordering. If a gift has been refused, we will try to deliver at a parcellshop. In cases which there is no Parcellshop nearby we will try to reach you by phone, whatsapp or email to change the address.
Gifts will arrive carton-packed. Filler and packaging in gifts may look different from images of our website. We will always guarantee the highest quality and make sure your gift is fully protected. We reserve the right to adjust any giftbasket detail. These adjustments can be made on type of basket, wrap, colors, bow and theme. If a product is out of stock we will replace it by a similar product with same quality and value.
It's possible that giftbaskets and gifts will not be send from the same giftbaskets-office so items may arrive at different times or in separate boxes. We can't guarantee that all items will arrive at the exact same time but we can guarantee the delivery date requested for all orders. We won't charge extra shipping costs in cases gifts are sent separately.
Within 5 days of delivery customer or recipient may return unopened items sold by Discount-Gift-Baskets for a full refund. If the return is a result of our mistake or error, will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service to receive a shipping label. We will send you a shipping label within 48 hours.
Without a reasonable argument we do not cancel orders after the order has been made. If a cancelation has been approved, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover our costs.

If recipient may refuse to accept the order of due to company policy, we will offer an option to ship to another address. In case we had incurred expenses due to the address change we may charge you for a new shipping. If no new address has been provided or customer does not response the gift will be returned to us and we are not able to refund but please contact us to see what we can do!
Discount-Gift-Baskets complies with all state and local laws in each country we deliver. Every order is delivered by licensed retailers. Minors are forbidden by law to receive or send liquor, beer or wine.
